Halewood International Executive Lounge
The simple Online Booking System lets you pre-book the Halewood International Executive Lounge before you arrive, making your journey through the airport even easier.
Our very best rates are available to those guests who prebook online. However, we do also offer a 'walk-up' rate of £16.95 per person for those who don't opt to prebook.
Please note that this offer is subject to availability and entry may only be available to prebooked guests at peak times.

The Halewood International Executive Lounge is open 7 days a week from 5.30am to 8.00pm.
The Halewood International Executive Lounge at Liverpool John Lennon Airport offers discerning business and leisure passengers a quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of the main Departure Lounge.
Relax, work, have a drink or just catch up with the news before your flight.
The Halewood International Executive Lounge comprises comfortable seating in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere. Included are complimentary newspapers, food and beverages including tea/coffee, soft drinks and a range of alcoholic beverages.
Within the Lounge there is also an 'Internet Zone' with office-style desks and chairs, laptop connections and payphone facilities.
A wheelchair lift is provided making the Halewood International Executive Lounge fully accessible to persons of reduced mobility.
The Lounge is situated in the Airside Departure Lounge beyond the Security Checkpoint and is only a couple of minutes walk away from the departure gates.
Well-behaved children aged 12 years or over are welcome in the Lounge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. They regret that they are unable to accept children of 11 years of age or younger or infants.
Unfortunately the Lounge does not offer suitable facilities for such young guests! They expect reasonable behaviour from all our guests and Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Each Travelex provides a money exchange service at a competitive rate. Exchange rates are available to all the countries served from Liverpool John Lennon Airport plus many more. Also available are traveller's cheques in 12 different currencies including sterling.

A selection of car rental operators are available adjacent to Arrivals. A dedicated car rental car park is also located in close proximity to the terminal building.

Internet Access
There are a number of pay-as-you-go internet kiosks located throughout the terminal. These are currently situated on Level 3 opposite the Wetherspoon pub and within the main Departure Lounge opposite WHSmiths and the Starbucks Coffee Company.
Lastminute.com
Lastminute.com has also recently arrived at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and offers a wide range of accommodation, holidays and travel arrangements.
Lastminute.com is also open seven days a week and is located within the Arrivals area opposite the car rental companies.
Left Luggage Facility
If you would like to make use of the Left Luggage facilities at Liverpool John Lennon Airport please ask for details at the Information Desk which is situated in the centre of the terminal on the ground level.
Left Luggage facilities are available at a charge. The facility is available from 5am until 9pm, 7 days per week. For further information please call 08701298484 and press option 3.
Passenger Rooms
Passenger rooms are located on Level 2 and 3 for passengers wishing to administer medication. Entrance to these facilities is available on request by contacting the information desk.
Prayer Room
This room is available for the growing number of passengers now using Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The facility is for people of all faiths and is located in the public area of the terminal on the third floor next to the lifts. Liverpool John Lennon Airport's Chaplain, Nicky Lees, is at the Airport on a regular basis.
The Airport has been working closely with the Merseyside Council of Faiths to ensure a room could be provided which appeals to the widest range of faiths possible. The Prayer Room has received a very positive reaction from passengers of many different faiths.
Travel Agents & Hotel Reservations
Direct Holidays can be found opposite the Check-In area on the main concourse and is open seven days a week to the public.
Co-op Travel can be found adjacent to the Arrivals area on the main concourse and is also open to the public seven days a week.

WiFi
Liverpool John Lennon Airport has recently completed the installation of the latest WiFi technology throughout the terminal building. WiFi is provided by 'The Cloud'.

Located in the Departure Lounge after the central search area Alpha Airport Shopping is available to all passengers, travelling to all destinations. It's open daily from 5:00am through to the time of the last departing flight.

Alpha Retail & Liverpool John Lennon Airport ‘Collect on Return’
** NEW SERVICE ** If you've got simply too much to carry, why not take advantage of the brand new 'Collect on Return' service that we are offered in association with Alpha Aiport Shopping.
This service operates from the Alpha Airport Shopping area in the Departure Lounge. Simply select the goods that you wish to collect on your return to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Then, once you have paid for the items, you will be provided with a receipt and the collection point confirmed.
On your arrival back into Liverpool John Lennon Airport, your goods will be ready and waiting and handed over at the designated collection point in exchange for your sales receipt.
Please note that the 'Collect on Return' service is only available to passengers travelling within the European Union and excludes certain products. Please check prior to the time of travelling for the latest information and special offers.

One of the latest arrivals at Liverpool John Lennon Airport is the Alpha Sunglass Studio. Located almost directly opposite the main store, the Sunglass Studio offers a wide selection of quality and designer sunglasses.
Boots
Boots has two locations within the terminal building at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. There is an outlet located on Level 3 opposite the Aintree Food Village and a second unit for departing passengers that is located in the Departure Lounge.
Boots offers a wide range of products for all passengers and is frequently updating deals to ensure that passengers from Liverpool John Lennon Airport receive some of the best offers available.
Dorothy Perkins
Dorothy Perkins recently opened at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and is located on Level 3, at the top of the escalators and adjacent to the lifts from the Check-In Hall.

The Aintree Food Village is located on level 3 before security control.
Choose from a selection of freshly made sandwiches, salads and wraps. Or choose from a traditional cooked breakfast to a jacket potato with a choice of fillings.
Fancy something sweet? Why not try our freshly baked muffins, cakes and pastries. Also available is a selection of hot drinks, snacks, smoothies, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Also available is the children's hot meal, which is a choice of half a baked potato filled with delicious cheese or baked beans and salad, traditional sausage and mash, and two hot snacks - beans or egg on toast and a choice of a soft drink for only £1.99.
The children's Globetrotters Menu provides its own entertainment as once children have chosen their meal, they can colour it in.
Parents traveling with babies will find feeding time easier and cheaper this summer with the launch of a baby feeding unit at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The baby feeding unit provides all the necessary equipment and organic food to feed baby, free of charge.

Caffe Ritazza
Caffé Ritazza is located on level 3 before security control.
Caffè Ritazza serves its selection of award-winning coffees all made using the traditional Italian method by fully trained baristas.
Caffè Ritazza also has a wide selection of hot and cold snacks, which are all made freshly on the premises everyday, such as the unique mezzaluna - an authentic Italian bread pocket made with olive oil and its delicious selection of pastries, cakes and muffins.
The Day Tripper Bar
The Day Tripper Bar is located on level 2 after security control.
The Day Tripper Bar is a great place to relax before your flight. Offering a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

SOS is the latest retailer to join the airport's growing portfolio of major brands. Recently opened, SOS is located in the departure lounge after security and offers a wide selection of ladies and mens Italian and French fashion at affordable prices.
Starbucks Coffee Company
Another recent arrival to the Departure Lounge is the Starbucks Coffee Company.
Starbucks is the leading retailer, roaster and brand of specialty coffee. It is committed to offering the highest quality coffee whilst making a positive contribution to the communities in which it works.

Wetherspoon - The Argosy
Opened in December 2004, Wetherspoons has named the pub at Liverpool John Lennon Airport 'The Argosy', after the celebrated aircraft, which used to fly out of Liverpool in the 1920s.
The Argosy is open from 5am until 11pm, seven days a week and is located on Level 3 and available to everyone, whether you are flying or not.
There is a designated non-smoking section and wheelchair access for those passengers with restricted mobility.
Children, accompanied by an adult, are welcome in the pub at all times.
The Argosy offers a wide selection of hot and cold snacks throughout the day.
Serendipity Games
Serendipity has three locations within the terminal at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. They are located as follows:
- Level 3, adjacent to WHSmith
- Level 1, Arrivals, adjacent to O'Briens Irish Coffee Shop
- Departure Lounge, adjacent to the Estuary Food Village
Soft Shoe Company
Passengers will find the Soft Shoe Company located on Level 3, opposite the Aintree Food Village. The Soft Shoe Company offers a wide selection of shoes and accessories.

SPAR convenience store located on level 3 before security control offers freshly prepared sandwiches, hot food and snacks, freshly ground coffee, cigarettes, books and magazines, crisps and snacks, fresh fruit and chilled soft drinks.

The Wandering Monkey
The Wandering Monkey Company has recently joined Liverpool John Lennon Airport and can be found located on Level 3 before security control.
